Challenge of Developing a new Dream Material

One of the key elements to support the basis of our products is, our unique technology of rubber compounding. We provide the products with the optimum compounding in proportion to the intended purpose to the customer.
We succeeded in the development of the vibration control rubber products compatible in high heat resistance and low dynamic-to-static modulus in order to deal with the high-temperature in the engine room. This has greatly contributed to the improvement in NVH control performance of the automobile.
Material research and development which considered the environment is also positively tackled, and for example, all our products of has been changed to lead-free by now..

In the hose field, the resin multi-layers hose of low fuel permeability is developed, and it greatly contributes to reduction of environmental burdens.
We are always promoting the proposal type research and development to the customer while challenging development of the new material for the future.

Testing and Analyzing Technology

Advanced Evaluation and Analysis Technology for the Development of the World Number One Material.

We are mainly dealing with polymer materials, such as rubber and resin. Furthermore, in order to raise the performance of a material, research and development of various materials, such as metal components, coating materials, anticorrosive, and adhesives, etc. are performed.
One indispensable to development is advanced evaluation and analysis technology.
We are performing various evaluation and analysis of test piece to a product level for the rubber materials with the newest equipment and apparatus. Such evaluations and analyses are, for example, vibration characteristic, vulcanization properties, mechanical properties, long-term environmental degradation tests and rubber compounding.
By linking the materials development, evaluation/analysis mutually, we have produced the safe products for the customer.
