1960s to 1970s

• March 1964

  Incorporation. Capital: 10 million yen.

• December 1964

  Completion of plant. Started manufacturing anti-vibration rubber mounts and hoses for automobiles.

• November 1968

  Capital increased to 40 million yen.

• January 1971

  Won The Sanyo Shimbun award for the development of "Hi- Mounts."

• April 1971

  Opened Tokyo Office.

• July 1971

  Opened Osaka Office.

• April 1972

  Started a dual business system; Automotive parts operation division and Industrial machinery operation division.

• September 1973

  Opened Nagoya Office.

• November 1976

  Capital increase to 48 million yen.
