The state of emergency was declared on April 7th, and was temporarily expanded nationwide.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to all concerned, but we will respond to the requests of the government and local governments and strengthen our efforts to prevent infection, giving top priority to preventing the spread of infection and ensuring safety. We will operate the base by combining telework and staggered working hours.

1. About inquiries to sales offices

During the above period, we will transfer the inquiry calls to the sales offices to the head office during some hours and respond. The transfer time will vary depending on the shift of each base.
Faxes will be handled as usual.

2. About mailing to sales offices

Please send it to each sales office as usual.
