High-performance Engine mount that can be used in low- and high-temperature environments

Engine mount (including liquid-filled type)

Anti-vibration parts that support the engine and reduce vibration transmitted to the vehicle body. It uses rubber that can withstand severe environments of low and high temperatures, and is designed to achieve the optimum vibration isolation effect according to the mounting layout space.
In addition, the liquid-sealed type contributes to comfortable driving by reconciling conflicting performances at a low cost due to our unique internal structure.

Center Bearing Support

It is a functional part installed in FR/4WD vehicles. Supports the propeller shaft, suppresses transmission of propeller shaft vibration to the body, and reduces interior noise.

Exhaust Mount

It is a functional part that suppresses vibration and noise from the exhaust to the vehicle body by installing it between the exhaust (exhaust pipe) and the vehicle body. In addition, by devising the structure, it is possible to control the amount of oscillation of the exhaust, realizing a wide range of design freedom even within a limited layout.
We respond to the customer's required specifications by selecting the optimum material according to the temperature environment (-40 to 200°C) in which it is used.
For example, by selecting silicone rubber with excellent heat resistance, it can be used even at high temperatures of 200°C.

Dynamic Damper

This component is used for the purpose of reducing the vibration level of the vibration source. The basic structure is rubber with a damping function and a weight. By connecting the vibration source and the weight through rubber and canceling out the vibration energy of the vibration source by the resonance motion of the weight, the vibration level of the vibration source is reduced. It is used in a wide variety of ways to solve the vibration problem of automobiles.

Radiator Mount

It is a functional part that supports the radiator and uses the radiator itself as a mass to act as Dynamic Damper. Reduces body vibration and floor vibration.

Fuel hose

Hose used for piping that transports fuel and fuel vapor. It is also compatible with gasoline, light oil, and biofuels, which have been increasing in recent years, and contributes to the world's strictest fuel permeation regulations in California, USA. We manufacture not only rubber hoses but also resin hoses.
Water Hose

This hose is used for piping that transports engine cooling water. We manufacture a wide variety of sizes, from large-diameter hoses that connect to radiators to small-diameter hoses that connect to various devices.
There is a heat-resistant 175°C type that corresponds to the recent high temperature in the engine room, and a clamp adhesion type that can be easily assembled.
Air Hose

This hose is used for piping that transports engine intake and exhaust air. We manufacture a wide variety of size variations centering on oil-resistant materials. There is also a high-heat-resistant type with a heat resistance of over 200°C.
Oil Hose

A hose used for piping that transports power steering fluid, engine oil, etc. The structure of the hose is designed according to the working pressure, contributing to a light and comfortable steering feel.
