As a manufacturer of anti-vibration rubber mounts, we seek a better anti-vibration system by utilizing unique know-how and technologies which we have gained through long experience in this field, while maintaining a good collaboration with car manufacturers. These rubber mounts contribute to the enhancement of automotive quality, while demonstrating excellent drive stability, drive comfort and sound insulation. In addition to engine mounts and chassis parts, almost all automotive rubber parts, except for tires, are our own products.

Engine Mount (including an adaptive hydraulic type)
These are anti-vibration parts which support engines and reduce vibrations transmitted to car bodies. Rubber which is durable in severe low and high temperature environments is used. These are designed to achieve an optimum anti-vibration effect, while being accommodated in specific installation space.
The adaptive hydraulic-type mounts contribute to improve ride comfort by satisfying conflicting functions at a low price by utilizing our unique internal structures.

Suspension Bushing
This is a critical functional part which greatly contributes to enhancement of ride comfort and stable steering. A car body and its suspension are connected through rubber mounts, therefore, unpleasant shocks and vibration resulting from uneven road surfaces can be absorbed, allowing for sufficient control of complex movement of the car body.

Strut Mount
This is a critical functional part which greatly contributes to ride comfort. A car body and its shock absorbers are connected through rubber mounts, therefore, unpleasant shocks and vibration resulting from uneven road surfaces can be absorbed.

This is an anti-vibration part which prevents the vibration of a ladder frame from being transmitted to the body.

Center Bearing Support
These are functional parts mounted to FWD and 4WD vehicles. This supports a propeller shaft and reduces noise in the cabin by minimizing the vibrations of the propeller shaft transmitted to the body.
Exhaust Mount
This is a functional part mounted in between exhaust pipes and a body to reduce noise and vibration transmitted from the exhaust pipes to the body. By optimizing the structure, control of the amount of oscillation of the exhaust is possible, allowing for greater flexibility in design even within a limited layout.
At Kurashiki Kako we meet the specification requirements of our customers by selecting optimal materials for each part based on the service temperature (-40°C to 200°C).
For example, if silicon rubber which has excellent heat resistance is selected for the material, the part can be used in a high temperature environment, such as 200 °C.

Dynamic Damper
This is a part used for the purpose of lowering the vibration level of vibration sources. This part is basically composed of rubber with a vibration damping function and a weight. The vibration source is connected with the weight through rubber to lower its level of vibration by offsetting the vibration energy of the source using the resonant motion of the weight. This part is used in various places in an automobile to resolve vibration issues.
Radiator Mount
This is a functional part which supports a radiator and makes the radiator function as a dynamic damper using its own weight. This dampens vibrations of body and floor.

Fuel hose
This is a hose for piping fuel and fuel steam. This can be used for gasoline, light diesel oil, as well as biofuels which have been increasing recently. This contributes to achieving the fuel permeability regulations in California State where the world’s strictest regulations have been adopted. We not only produce rubber hoses but also plastic hoses.

Water Hose
This is a hose for piping engine cooling water. From hoses with large diameters connected to a radiator to those with small diameters connected to a variety of other devices, we are capable of manufacturing various types of hoses in different sizes.
We have the heat resistant type which is durable at high temperatures up to 175°C, to meet recent increases in temperatures in engine rooms and the clamp bonding type which enables easy assembly. -
Air Hose
This is a hose for piping air ventilation in the engine. Hoses in a wide variety of sizes are available, mainly using oil resistive materials. The high heat resistant hoses durable at temperatures over 200°C are also available.

Oil Hose
This is a hose for piping power steering fluid, engine oil, etc. The hose structure is designed to meet the requirement of service pressure, contributing to light and comfortable steering feels.
