Major awards received

Received the Chugoku Regional Commendation for Invention, Invention Encouragement Award for the e-Stable mini's active vibration isolation control technology.

Mr. Nobuo Moriyasu of the Technical Research Institute was awarded the 2015 Chugoku Regional Commendation for Invention and the Invention Encouragement Award as an inventor who created technology and designs that are technically excellent and contribute greatly to local industry. Hosted by the Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation, this award system has been held annually since 1921 with the aim of "recognizing engineers and researchers who have created outstanding inventions, ideas, or designs." This is the first time that our company has submitted an application and received an award.

The award ceremony held on November 5th was very prestigious, and the award-winning inventors on the stage looked proud. Such external awards are very beneficial for inventors, and I will continue to apply for them in the future.

  • ・Invention points
    The correspondence relationship between the optimum value of the feedback control gain and the mass of the object to be isolated is experimentally investigated in advance to create a map, which is stored in storage means (memory). When installed, the feedback control gain can be appropriately set based on the information on the mass of this equipment and the correspondence set in the map.
  • ・Practical situation
    Desktop type active vibration isolation table [mini series]

    This vibration isolation table is used for vibration isolation of AFM, laser microscope, electronic balance, SPM, microhardness tester, interferometer, surface roughness tester, and other precision instruments.
    The control technology of this invention will be installed not only in the conventional mini series, but also in the new mini series released in November.
