Please tell us about your current work
We design products such as "Engine mount" that support automobile engines and suppress vibration.
Specifically, we use 3D CAD to create models and drawings, use analysis software to predict performance, and hold meetings with customers.
The design department is connected to all departments, and various knowledge and information come in every day.
Please tell us what you valued when looking for a job and why you decided to work for Kurashiki Kako.
I especially valued the company atmosphere and work-life balance.
I have heard about the good atmosphere at briefing sessions and from my seniors in college, and when I actually work there, I feel that it is a company that values its employees, such as the kindness of its superiors and seniors, and the ease with which it is possible to take paid holidays.
Please tell us about the most “heartbreaking job” you have ever had.
I was moved when the prototype I designed for the first time took shape.
I think it will be very rewarding to be able to see what I have decided on on the computer screen actually take shape, deliver it to the customer, and install it in the vehicle.
It is also a special feeling to think that the product was completed thanks to the cooperation of many departments such as sales, materials, purchasing, engineering, and prototyping.
